Try the Yellow Bamboo training method at the beach in Tantolunden, Stockholm, Sweden at 9 in the mornings every sunday during the summer.
The training lasts for about 45 minutes and consists of body movements combined with breathing exercises and visualization.
You will train the physical exercises (Yoga) from the first level of the system.
Bring loose fitting clothes and a bottle of water as the exercises are physically demanding.
Right now we offer the Sunday morning training for free on a donation basis, meaning, you give what you can and want.
