What is the brief history of Yellow Bamboo?

The system was founded by Pak. Nyoman Serengen in Bali Indonesia on 17 August 1989. You can read more about how it all started at this link

 

Who can train Yellow Bamboo?

Anyone who is serious about the practice and wants to grow on all levels of their being

 

How does it work?

It involves meditation and breathing exercises combined with visualisation and mantra combined together to awaken the inner power. Sport exercises are practiced where you use dynamic muscle tension, breathing, mantra and visualisation to make the power stronger and to be able to push it out of the body for healing and protection purpose.

 

How long does it take to learn the first level?

Usually about 2 months practice.


How often should you practice to get the most benefit from it?

Minimum 10 minutes meditation per day and 3 times sport practice per week for the first level

 

What can Yellow Bamboo be used for?

Healing, protection and personal development. The practice helps you stay healthy and strong
